Exclusive French Night Dinner After Covid 19

A unique and exclusive French night dinner organised by The Légion of Honneur Club Hong Kong Chapter Association(our Chapter) together with Les Lumières de Paris Hong Kong Chapter & Confrérie des Chevaliers du Tastevin Sous-Commanderie de Hong Kong was held successfully at Bistro du Vin on 29 March 2023.

Promoting French culture and arts in our society has long been a vision at the heart of our Chapter. We were delighted to join hands with two international French culture related societies for the first time to host the wine and food pairing dinner, highlighting French wines from different regions along with the likes of lip-smacking cheeses, cold cuts and traditional French food and so much more.

Taking the dinner to the next level, Mr. Henry Tang Ying Yen, President of our Chapter, also shared his professional knowledge on the pairing between French wine and traditional cuisine as well as techniques of wine tasting. 

This remarkable evening transported The Hong Kong Chapter members and guests from each organization straight to Paris and offered them a chance to interact face to face, socialized through cultural exchange, gastronomy & wine  after three years of COVID-19 epidemic in Hong Kong.

Looking ahead, the Hong Kong Chapter will continue to present a wide array of events and programmes, as well as introduce new programmes to open even more windows into the world of French culture and charm for all members.
